
Chocolate tart
The bake comes together simply and quickly. For a long time I was quite sceptical about all kinds of foreign dishes and their names, thinking them overly gourmet, unnecessarily complicated, and unsuitable for our Slavic stomachs. Later I got over that hang-up, started cooking various Western dishes—and I’m very glad I did. Chocolate tart is one of my favourite non-Russian dishes. Tarts like this are very popular in cafés across Europe. As you can see from the recipe (and from the ingredients), chocolate tart is very easy to make, so I recommend grabbing this recipe and treating yourself to delicious homemade baking.
