
Tarts with tomatoes and roasted peppers
Description
The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. Vegetable tarts are perfect as an appetizer or snack. They are made very quickly, you just need to slice the vegetables and place them on the dough. The oven will do the rest. Read the step‑by‑step guide below. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

If you are using frozen dough, take it out of the freezer in advance (30–60 minutes). Lightly roll out the dough and cut it into squares about 8 × 8 cm. I ended up with 8 pieces.

Place pesto sauce in the center of each square.

Slice the peppers into strips, slice the cherry tomatoes into rounds. Arrange the vegetables on the tarts.

Slice the olives into rings, place them on the tomatoes. Grate two kinds of cheese over them, sprinkle with basil.

Bake the tarts at 200 °C for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
