Winter soup with meat
Description
Perfect for lunch. I really love beans and often cook various soups with them, which don't require any complicated techniques. To prepare the soup, soak dried beans in advance for 6–8 hours, then boil them, drain the broth, and store the cooked beans in a covered container in the refrigerator. Besides soups, you can make many delicious appetizers and salads from cooked beans; you'll find the recipes on our website. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
