
Winter potato salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. It's especially nice to try making potato salad in winter. This salad turns out very filling and delicious. If you also present it nicely, it makes a wonderful dish that can be served immediately.

1. Wash the potatoes and boil them for about twenty to twenty-five minutes in salted water (boil the potatoes in their skins). Then peel the potatoes. Hard-boil the eggs, cool them, and peel.

2. Dice the eggs and potatoes into cubes. It is not advisable to make the cubes very large; it's better to cut them into medium or small cubes.

3. Sort through the dill, parsley, and green onions, wash them thoroughly, then finely chop. You can, if desired, add garlic (a few cloves).

4. Put all the ingredients into a bowl: the chopped herbs, onion, eggs, and potatoes. Add some vegetable oil, ground black pepper, and salt to the bowl.

5. Thoroughly mix the salad and let it marinate for twenty or thirty minutes. This salad can be dressed with mayonnaise or sour cream. The dish is ready.
