It takes literally 5-10 minutes of your free time, which is important—after all, who wants to spend an hour at the stove in the evening after work? Of course, you can't satisfy a hungry man with such a salad, but if that hungry man has a hearty breakfast and an equally substantial lunch, then this salad is quite sufficient for dinner. Although, I think, in terms of flavor, a green salad with capers would make a great side dish to a fish dish.     Peel the zucchini, slice it thinly, and cut each slice into 4 pieces.
