
Green salad with trout
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. A culinary classic: lettuce leaves, a good dressing, and slices of salmon. In my opinion, you can't come up with a better salad. Of course, it probably wouldn't fit well at a traditional Russian feast—its format just doesn't match—but for a weekday snack, this salad is perfect. Here's a simple recipe for a green salad with trout. The salad is ready to serve.

Finely chop the dill.

Chopped dill is placed in the blender bowl, and mustard is added to it.

Add olive oil as well.
