Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. I learned this old-fashioned, straightforward recipe for green borscht with egg from my mother, who in turn learned it from hers, and so on. It contains no excess or extravagance, but of course, nothing stops you from improving the recipe by adding new ingredients. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
