Green cabbage soup in a multicooker
Description
A hearty soup dish. Cabbage soup is very easy to cook. The main thing is to have broth ready. When the soup is ready, you can add sour cream to taste. Some people prefer to add a mayonnaise-garlic sauce. For clarity, I've provided a simple recipe for green borscht in a multicooker. 1. First, prepare the ingredients. Boil 3 eggs hard, and have meat or chicken broth ready. 2. Rinse the sorrel in cold water, cut it into thin strips like noodles, place in a bowl, pour boiling water over it, and immediately drain through a sieve. Wash the cabbage, remove the outer leaves, and finely shred the remaining leaves. Cut the onion into cubes or rings. Grate two potatoes into thin matchsticks, and the rest on a coarse grater. 3. Set the multicooker to the "Multicook" mode at 160°C. Add oil and onion to the bowl. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add broth and potatoes, and cook for 10 minutes. 4. Add salt, sorrel, and cabbage, and cook everything together for another 10 minutes. Stir in chopped parsley and dill. 5. Pour the soup into bowls. Top each serving with half a hard-boiled egg. Serve the soup hot.
