Description

Here is a simple recipe for green sorrel soup that I learned during a visit to Moldova, so I consider this recipe Moldovan. However, I cannot guarantee its exact origin. Surely, something similar is prepared just about everywhere where sorrel grows. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
