Vegetable salad dressing

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Making dressing for a vegetable salad is very easy if you have a blender. All ingredients are blended into a smooth, homogeneous mixture. I store the dressing in the refrigerator under a tight-fitting lid for several weeks. Although, usually the dressing gets used up much faster, especially in summer when vegetables make up the main part of the diet. The dressing is very light and creamy at the same time, and the best part is that it takes only 5 minutes to make. Good luck, and enjoy serving it!
