Description

The recipe won't take much time. I really love vegetable salads. For a very long time, I dressed all my vegetable salads with plain olive oil. After a vacation trip to Greece, I discovered what the Greeks themselves use to dress their vegetable salads—particularly the world-famous horiatiki. Since then, I've exclusively used this dressing, which I've described in this recipe, for all my vegetable salads. So, here it is. Serve at the table.

    Into a dressing jar, squeeze the garlic.

    Add salt, pepper, and oregano to the same mixture.
