Description

The soup is simple and quick to prepare. Potato puree soups are easy and fast to make, turning out delicious and filling. To vary the flavor, you can add cream, rosemary, seafood or fish, pieces of crispy fried bacon or meat, or melted or hard cheese. Serve hot, ladling into bowls and enjoy.

    Peel and rinse the potatoes and onions under cold running water. Slice the onions and sauté them in a heavy-bottomed pot with a small amount of olive oil.

    Add the potatoes, cut into small cubes, and fry everything together for 2 minutes.

    Pour in the water, add a little salt.

    Cover the pot with a lid and cook for 20 minutes, until the potatoes begin to fall apart. If necessary, add a little warm water. Blend the soup with an immersion blender, season with salt and black pepper, and set aside.
