Tasty low-calorie salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. Shrimp are rich in protein. However, if you need a more substantial protein intake, you can add hard-boiled egg, cut into large pieces. It goes well in taste with the other ingredients. The salad is ready to serve.
Instructions

Step 1

Wash the salad thoroughly. Remove the tough stems and dry the leaves well. Place a portion of the salad in a circle around a plate, thus forming a base for serving the dish.

Step 2

Cut all the vegetables into small pieces. I usually cut cherry tomatoes into quarters and the cucumber into small thin strips. Tear the salad leaves into small pieces by hand. Mix the vegetables and add a little lemon juice.

Step 3

Now it's time to prepare the shrimp. Heat a skillet with olive oil and add the shrimp. Sauté for three minutes. Then transfer them to a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Step 4

Place the remaining vegetables over the salad leaves on a plate. Arrange the shrimp on top of the vegetables. Prepare the dressing by mixing soy sauce and olive oil. Drizzle the dressing over the salad—and it's ready.
