Delicious bean soup
Description
This is a wonderful soup, perfect for lunch. Instead of traditional meat or poultry, it uses sausages, which give it a special piquancy. Despite the absence of a classic broth, the soup turns out very rich and truly delicious. The key is to let it steep for at least half an hour before serving. Serve the soup hot.
