Delicious okroshka with kefir
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. The classic recipe for tasty kefir-based okroshka doesn't actually have to include radishes (which I personally don't particularly like), onions, and other ingredients. Originally, it's a thick, almost paste-like mixture made from matsoni and a large amount of fresh herbs, seasoned with cucumber. The result is fresh and interesting. Would you like to try it? Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.

Step 1

1. Finely chop the herbs and place them in a saucepan. You can even crush them with a pestle to make them softer and release more juice.

Step 2

2. Peel the cucumbers, finely chop them, and add to the pot. Add homemade thick kefir as well. If you're using store-bought kefir, also add some sour cream.
