
Vitamin-rich dried fruit salad
Description
To prepare a vitamin-rich dried fruit salad, you can also add apricots and cranberries, for example, if you enjoy these dried fruits. The combination of citrus juice, honey, nuts, and dried fruits makes an excellent vitamin boost for the cardiovascular system. This salad is much healthier than a regular fruit salad.

Brew a glass of tea, preferably black. Remove the pits from the prunes and dates. Mix the cooled tea with brandy, and soak the prunes and dates in this mixture for several hours. Do this in the evening, and by breakfast time you can calmly proceed to prepare the salad.

Then cut all the dried fruits into pieces.

Chop the nuts finely.

Squeeze the juice from the lemon, orange, and tangerine, then mix with honey.

Add dried fruits and nuts to the juice with honey, mix well, and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
