
Vinegret with mackerel
Description
A simple dish to prepare. Probably there isn't a single homemaker who doesn't know how to make vinaigrette. This dish is hearty, simple, healthy, and very tasty. You can dress it with any vegetable oil, although vinaigrette is a dish of Russian and Ukrainian cuisine, where sunflower oil is preferred. Serve it chilled.

Prepare the ingredients for making herring salad with mackerel.

Dice the salted or pickled cucumber and place it in a salad bowl.

Boil the potatoes, cool and peel them. Cut into cubes and add to the vinaigrette.

Finely chop the green onions.

Boil the carrots as well, cool, peel, and finely chop.

Cut the boneless and skinless salted mackerel into pieces of arbitrary size and add to the vinaigrette.

Boil the beet until soft, cool and peel. Then cut into small cubes.
