
Beet salad with egg
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. Make a hearty and delicious vinaigrette with eggs. In addition to the classic vegetables and pickled cucumbers, add boiled eggs to the salad and dress it with mayonnaise. I recommend boiling the vegetables—potatoes, carrots, and beets—ahead of time, so the salad will be ready much faster. The salad is ready to serve.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Boil the root vegetables in advance: potatoes, beets, and carrots. Also, hard-boil the eggs, cooking them in boiling water for 8 minutes. Peel the root vegetables. Dice the potatoes and beets into cubes.
