Vinegret with Chinese cabbage
Description
Beet salad with Chinese cabbage turns out no worse than the classic version. This salad is very original and tasty. When you don't have sauerkraut at home, Chinese cabbage comes to the rescue. The salad becomes crunchy and fresh with it. Add lemon juice for a tangy flavor, and the salad will taste even better. Most of the time will be spent boiling root vegetables—potatoes, carrots, and onions. Overall, though, the salad is quick to prepare.
