Vinegret with mayonnaise
Description
A simple dish to prepare. Not everyone may like beet salad with mayonnaise, but I still recommend giving it a try. The taste will also depend on the mayonnaise you use for dressing: I usually choose "Provence" so it's not too greasy or too salty. To prepare the beet salad with mayonnaise, you'll need a few pickled cucumbers, one large carrot, sauerkraut—in general, a standard set of ingredients, nothing complicated or unnecessary. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Boil the potatoes, carrots, and beets. Peel the onion.
- 2
Step 2

Instead of peas, I had corn, but that's optional.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
- 4
Step 4

And all the other vegetables as well. Squeeze the cabbage to remove excess water.
- 5
Step 5

Mix the ingredients and coat with mayonnaise. Refrigerate briefly. Our mayonnaise-based vinaigrette is ready! It can be served.
