
Beet salad with crab sticks
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. This crab stick salad will surely appeal to fans of this type of seafood. Add green peas optionally. My version doesn't include them. You can use either flavored or refined oil. It's delicious either way. This salad can also be dressed with mayonnaise. Serve immediately.

Prepare the ingredients for making vinaigrette.

Boil the carrots, peel, cool, and cut into small cubes.

Finely chop the crab sticks and add them to the carrots.

Finely chop the salted or pickled cucumber as well. Add to the salad.

Wash the green onions and finely chop them.

Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, and cut into small cubes.

Boil the beet in its skin as well, cool, peel, and finely chop. Add to the vinaigrette.
