The salad is quick and easy to prepare. There are many variations of this salad, but now I'd like to present to you probably the simplest recipe for vinaigrette with peas. In my opinion, this dish is one of the most popular seasonal salads during winter. Considering that it contains plenty of vitamins and beneficial nutrients, it should definitely be included in the list of essential dishes for the cold season. Step 1

First of all, you need to start boiling the potatoes and beets. Ideally, it's better to cook them in separate pots, since beets take significantly longer to cook than potatoes. However, my other pots were occupied at that moment, so I had to cook everything together.

When the vegetables are ready, cool them and peel off the skin. Now cut the potatoes into small cubes.

We also cut the beet into cubes with sides of about 1-1.5 centimeters.

We cut the onion as we like. For example, I prefer to slice it into half-rings.

Transfer the chopped vegetables to a deep bowl, add the sauerkraut. Open the can of peas, drain the water, and add the peas to the other ingredients. Pour over the vegetable oil, season with salt, and mix thoroughly. Our vinaigrette is ready, and we can proceed to taste it.
