Vinegret
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Vinaigrette is the most popular salad made from boiled vegetables, which we've loved since childhood. On the internet, I've seen countless variations of vinaigrette: with beans, with rice, and even with herring. However, according to my taste and my family's preferences, I always prepare my favorite "standard" vinaigrette. I've named it "Simple" because it's truly easy to make and doesn't take much time. Serve it at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash the vegetables, then boil the potatoes, carrots, and beets until cooked.
- 2
Step 2

Peel the beet, cut it into small cubes, and place it in a salad bowl. Then add one tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix well so that all the beet pieces are coated with oil. This will prevent the other vegetables from turning purple.
- 3
Step 3

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
- 4
Step 4

Also peel and chop the carrots.
- 5
Step 5

Finely chop the onion and add it to the rest of the vegetables.
- 6
Step 6

If you have thin-skinned cucumbers, you don't need to peel them—just cut into cubes and add to the salad bowl with the other vegetables.
- 7
Step 7

If your sauerkraut is long, chop it into bite-sized pieces that are easy to eat and scoop with a spoon.
- 8
Step 8

Also add green peas, salt, pepper to taste.
- 9
Step 9

Dress the salad with vegetable oil and mix.
