Vinegret according to GOST
Description
Probably nothing is simpler than preparing vinaigrette. Even beginner cooks can handle it. You can dress it with any vegetable oil, refined or aromatic. If desired, add a pinch of black ground pepper and a small amount of 3% or 6% vinegar. Apple cider or wine vinegar also work well. Serve this bright, colorful vinaigrette as an appetizer or as part of a complex side dish with meat or poultry.
