Ukrainian-style vinaigrette
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. Vinegret is not a Ukrainian dish, nor is it even Slavic. To this day, it's still not precisely known which cuisine it actually belongs to. However, this wonderful appetizer has become widely popular in Ukraine and has enjoyed well-deserved popularity for decades. In my opinion, Ukrainian cuisine prefers only sunflower oil for dressing vinegret, preferably unrefined and aromatic. In contrast, in the Western European version, this salad is often dressed with a French sauce of the same name. Can be served immediately.
