
Classic vinaigrette without peas

Prepare the listed ingredients. Boil the potatoes, beets, and carrots in advance for 30–40 minutes over medium heat. Then rinse them several times with cold water to cool the root vegetables.

Peel the boiled potatoes and carrots and rinse them. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and place them in a salad bowl.

In the same way, slice the boiled carrots and add them to the container with the potatoes.
