Vietnamese chicken soup
Description
Perfect for lunch. There are many recipes for preparing Vietnamese "Pho" soup. I offer an adapted version suitable for the European population, as not all ingredients—often very specific to Asian, Vietnamese cuisine—are easily available here. My soup is delicate, moderately spicy, aromatic, and delicious. Serve the soup hot.
