
Vietnamese festive soup with dumplings
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. The beauty of this soup is that you can use any fish, even just fish leftovers such as bones, head, and fins. If shrimp are too expensive for you, feel free to replace them with fish mince. The soup is ready to serve.

1. Cut the fillet from the fish. Pour water over the head and backbone and cook to make a broth.

2. Strain the broth through a sieve and return it to the heat.

3. In a skillet, sauté the garlic, add the soy sauce and the sliced fish fillet. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.

4. Mix all the ingredients (except for the shrimp and onion) for the dumplings.
