Oyster mushrooms with processed cheese
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. This dish is perfect for a festive lunch, as it has all the qualities needed for a delicious treat. The aroma is one of these qualities, and it's thanks to the mushrooms. The unforgettable taste makes the soup melt in your mouth. I highly recommend trying to cook it—it's not very difficult, and you can prepare it in just half an hour.
Instructions

Step 1

Sort through the oyster mushrooms, keeping only the suitable and unspoiled ones. Then rinse them under water to remove any dirt and dust. Next, place the mushrooms on a cutting board and chop them into not-too-small pieces. Put the oyster mushrooms onto a greased frying pan and fry for 7 minutes.

Step 2

Peel the onion. Rinse under cold water. Wash the green onion to remove dirt. Chop both types of onions finely on a cutting board. Sauté in a pan together with the mushrooms.

Step 3

Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes. Pour over boiling water and cook in a saucepan for 20 minutes. Add spices and salt to taste. I added paprika and dried celery. I don't recommend overusing seasonings—everything should be in moderate amounts.

Step 4

Next, add the processed cheese to the pot. Simmer until completely melted, about 2 minutes. Add the sautéed mushrooms with onions to the pot.

Step 5

Add a little butter for flavor. The dish is ready to serve. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
