
Spring salad with wild garlic and marinated zucchini

Fresh herbs are very healthy and beneficial to add to food. Wild garlic contains a huge amount of vitamins. Moreover, it adds a piquant, spicy flavor to the prepared dish.

1. Peel and dice the red onion into small cubes, then marinate it for about fifteen minutes in apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.

2. Remove the partitions and seeds from the well-washed red bell pepper, and cut it into thin small strips. Bell pepper contains a lot of microelements and vitamins.

3. Add a small amount of marinated zucchini to the salad. They are slightly more tender and spicier than pickled cucumbers. The zucchini should be cut into small cubes.
