Hungarian salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. As I later found out, in Hungary this salad has a different name, but no one knows the translation, so we decided to call it exactly this way. The recipe is very simple, and the ingredients are affordable and inexpensive. The salad doesn't need to be left to stand; it's better to serve it immediately, otherwise the cabbage will release juice and there will be too much liquid in the bowl. The salad is ready to serve.
Instructions

Step 1

1. I thoroughly wash the napa cabbage under running water, then shake off the excess water and slice it thinly. I wash the salad leaves and chop them finely, just like the cabbage.

Step 2

2. I cut the bell pepper in half and remove the seeds, using only one half, then slice it into thin strips.

Step 3

3. I slice the sausage (you can also use ham) into slices the same size as the pepper.

Step 4

4. In a bowl, I mix all the chopped ingredients, press in the garlic using a garlic press, add the canned corn, dress everything with yogurt, and mix. Serve together with boiled quail eggs.
