Vegetarian pea soup in a multicooker
Description
For the soup, soak the peas and change the water a couple of times. This will make them cook faster and become tender. Cooking the soup in a multicooker will take 1.5 hours, just as it would on the stovetop. Serve the soup with croutons! It's delicious. I'm showing you—serve the soup hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for the soup. Measure out one cup of peas, sort out any spoiled grains, and soak them in warm water for 1 hour so the peas cook faster.
- 2
Step 2

Place the peas in the multicooker pot and pour fresh clean water over them. Add salt. Put the pot into the multicooker, select the "Soup" mode and cook for 1 hour.
- 3
Step 3

When the peas are almost ready, prepare the vegetables. Peel the onion and carrot, then grate or chop the vegetables.
- 4
Step 4

Chop the peeled potatoes finely so they cook faster.
- 5
Step 5

Add the vegetables to the cooked peas, cook the soup for another 30 minutes, just press the "Cancel" button and set the "Soup" mode again to bring it to a boil.
- 6
Step 6

At the end of cooking, adjust the soup for salt, add chopped dill, and turn off the multicooker. Let the soup steep for about 20 minutes.
