
Uyghur laghman (original recipe)
Description
A hearty first course. Now you also know a simple recipe for preparing Uyghur lagman. The dish turns out authentic and incredibly unique compared to your usual diet. This is exactly the kind of meal that will satisfy every member of your family. They'll ask for seconds, believe me :) Serve the soup hot.

Rinse the veal and vegetables thoroughly. Cut the meat and vegetables into thin strips.

On a hot skillet, heat the vegetable oil and sauté the meat until golden brown. Once the meat is browned, gradually add onion, bell pepper, celery, and cabbage. Simmer everything together for 5 minutes.

Next, add the tomatoes, broth, spices, garlic, and oyster sauce to the pan/pot. Simmer until the meat is fully cooked.

For serving, boil the noodles. Place them on a plate, add meat, vegetables, and broth. Garnish with rice vermicelli and fresh herbs on top. The lagman is ready.
