
Finnish-style fish soup with milk
Description
A hearty first course. The resulting soup differs from the one we are used to: it is thicker, more delicate, and made exclusively from red fillet. If you want to learn more, serve the soup hot.

Peel and rinse all the vegetables. Place water with fish over heat. Bring the salted broth to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Then remove the pink salmon. Strain the water and return it to the heat.

Add the grated carrots and chopped onions to the broth.

Then add cubed potatoes to the soup. Cook the dish until the potatoes are done.

In a skillet, fry the flour until it turns creamy in color, stirring constantly.

Next, pour the milk into the pan. Quickly mix the dressing. Pour it into the soup.

Also add bay leaf, oil, and herbs. Cook the fish soup for another 10 minutes. Add salt to taste.
