Finnish-style fish soup
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Finnish-style fish soup is a delicious dish I first tried at a restaurant. I never knew there was such a thing as Finnish fish soup :) I ordered it just to compare how it differs from the traditional fish soup. And I immediately noticed the differences. First, Finnish fish soup looks more elegant, like many European dishes, unlike our traditional soup which is usually made from fish heads. Second, Finnish fish soup is less fatty, and third, cream is added to the broth during cooking, giving the soup a unique flavor and a more refined appearance. Sharing the recipe with you. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
