
Fish soup from frozen fish

Prepare all the ingredients. Peel and wash the vegetables. Rinse the hake under running water and remove the scales; doing this with frozen fish will be easy.

Pour water into a saucepan, add the fish, and place over low heat.

As soon as the water boils, skim off all the foam, add finely chopped onion and diced potato, and cook for about 10 minutes.
