
Pike Head Soup

Wash the fish parts. Remove the fins.

Peel and coarsely chop half of the celery, some carrots, and the onion.

Place the carrots, pepper, onion, pike, bay leaf, and celery into the multicooker bowl. Then pour in the water. Set the "soup" mode for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, slice the peeled potatoes, remaining celery, and carrots into thin strips.

Wash all the greens. Remove the tough stems, then finely chop.

Strain the ready broth. Remove all boiled vegetables. Disassemble the fish—set the meat aside, and discard everything else.

Pour the broth back into the multicooker bowl. Bring it to a boil and add the vegetables.

Also add fish, rice, and salt. Cook the soup for another 30 minutes.
