Description

Perfect for lunch. Salmon (or fish set) soup is not only delicious but also healthy! If preparing the soup for children, do not add garlic, and you can replace parsley with dill or celery greens—they will give the soup an unforgettable taste and aroma. Serve the soup hot.

    Prepare the listed ingredients. Peel and rinse the potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic cloves. Rinse the fish soup set, cut off the tail and fins, and remove the large bones.

    Cut the salmon backbone into pieces and place it in a pot or cauldron. Cut the potatoes into medium cubes and add them to the container.

    Pour in hot water, add salt and bay leaves. Place the container on the stove and boil for 15 minutes.

    Slice the carrots into rounds or half-rings, and chop the onion into small cubes. Place the chopped vegetables into a saucepan. Boil for another 5 minutes.

    Rinse the tomatoes and fresh herbs in water. Slice the tomatoes, chop the herbs, and add them to the container. Press the peeled garlic cloves, add ground black pepper, and mix. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
