
Fish soup from canned fish
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. But sometimes there's no fish at home, and yet you still want soup. That's when I decided to try an experiment. Take a look at it.

Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into strips. Put water on the stove to boil. Then add the potatoes to it.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Wash and peel the carrot, then finely chop or grate. Wash the sweet pepper, clean it, and cut into small pieces.

Add onion, carrot, all types of pepper, and bay leaf to the potatoes.

Rinse the millet well. Add it to the soup when the potatoes are almost ready. Salt the broth and add seasoning to it.

Simmer the soup for 8-10 minutes. Then break up the canned meat and add it to the other ingredients. Cook the dish for another 10 minutes.

At the end, add herbs to the fish soup.
