Bream Fish Soup

Description

You can add to bream soup fried onion with tomato puree, and season it at the end of cooking with minced bacon and garlic. But this version of the soup is an acquired taste. What you have here, however, is a classic bream soup recipe. It tastes best when cooked over a fire near the body of water where the fish recently swam. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
