
Canned mackerel soup
Description
Perfect for lunch. Mackerel is an excellent commercial fish. The soup turns out aromatic, with a rich fish flavor. It's very quick and easy to prepare. You can optionally add buckwheat or rice to the soup. Canned mackerel can be in its own juice or with added oil. Serve the soup hot.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes. Place in a saucepan. Pour in water. Put on the stove and start cooking.

Peel and wash the carrots and onion. Finely chop the onion as much as possible, and cut the carrots into any desired shape. I sliced them into rounds.

Place in a frying pan, add refined sunflower oil. Simmer the vegetables over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Add onion and carrot to the pot.

When the vegetables are ready, add the canned saury.

Add bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the soup for another 7-8 minutes and turn off the heat. Add chopped dill at the end.
