
Zander Fish Soup
Description
Perfect for lunch. Adults can enjoy a shot of vodka with the delicious bream soup, while children can have sour cream of any fat content. The dish turns out very tasty, rich, and with a subtle garlic aroma. If preparing it for children, be sure to remove the hot pepper. Serve the soup hot.

Prepare the listed ingredients. You can use the whole fish or just parts of it.

Rinse the ide's head thoroughly in water, remove the gills, and the eyes—optional. Rinse the remaining parts of the fish, scrape off the scales, and rinse once again. Place the fish into a pot or cauldron. Peel the carrot and onion, then rinse them in water. Cut the carrot into large pieces. Add to the pot along with bay leaves.

Pour in warm water and simmer the contents of the pot for about 20 minutes, skimming off the foam that forms on the surface. Rinse the tomato, remove the stem, and slice it. Add to the pot together with finely chopped onion.

Place celery greens, parsley, or dill into the dish, then season with salt and pepper. Finely chop a peeled garlic clove and add it to the broth. Simmer the fish soup for about 2 minutes, then turn off the heat. Put a hot pepper into the broth for one minute, then remove it.
