Hearty and aromatic soup. You can prepare this flavorful fish soup in just half an hour if you have trout or parts of this fish. To make the dish more filling, add rice to the soup. Don't forget garlic and fresh herbs—they perfectly enhance the taste of this hot dish. The soup is ready to serve.

    Prepare the listed ingredients. Peel the vegetables and rinse them in water. Prepare the fish and cut it into pieces. Rinse the trout head thoroughly and remove the gills.

    Place the fish pieces into a pot or cauldron. Cut the peeled potatoes into medium cubes, slice the onion into half-rings, and slice the carrots into rounds. Add them to the container.

    Pour in hot water, add bay leaves, and place the container on the stove. Boil the pike for about 10 minutes over medium heat, removing the foam that forms with a skimmer. Then add the washed rice.
