Prepare the listed ingredients. If you want to make the soup more filling, add peeled potatoes or 100 grams of rice to the ingredients.

Scale the parts of the white amur fish. For the soup, you will primarily need: the head, tail, fatty belly portions, etc. Be sure to remove the gills from the head. Thoroughly rinse the fish parts in water and place them into a cauldron or pot. Pour in cold water and bring to a boil. Then skim off the foam that forms and reduce the heat to moderate.

Peel the onion, carrot, and garlic, then rinse them in water. Cut the carrot and onion into large cubes or slices. Add them to a container and boil for about 15 minutes.

Then rinse the tomatoes and cut out the green stems. Cut into large pieces and add to the container. Rinse the herbs, chop finely, and add to the soup along with salt and ground black pepper. Boil everything for another 10 minutes.

At the very end, press the garlic cloves into the soup. If preparing the dish for adults, add a whole chili pepper pod to the broth without cutting it. You can also pour in 50 grams of chilled vodka and immediately turn off the heat. Cover the container with a lid and let it steam without heating for about 5 minutes.
