Step 1

1. First, let's prepare the bread bowls. I had previously bought small buns, cut off their tops, and removed the soft crumb. Since the buns were fresh and soft, I decided to dry them out a bit. To do this, I wrapped the outside of the buns with foil, leaving the inner cavity uncovered, and placed them in the oven preheated to maximum temperature for 4–5 minutes, until the inner surface of the bowl walls became slightly dry.

2. Now it's time to prepare the soup. Thoroughly wash all the vegetables. Remove the seeds and peel from the pumpkin, then cut it into medium pieces. Peel the onion and make a few cuts on it; there's no need to peel the garlic. Then place all the vegetables, together with the tomatoes, onto a baking tray.

Step 3

3. Then pour vegetable oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with rosemary needles. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 35–50 minutes. Remove when the pumpkin becomes soft.
