Tuna with broccoli
Description
Minimal effort — excellent result. 1. First, prepare the broccoli. Wash it and separate into florets, then place in boiling salted water. Cook over medium heat for several minutes until tender (depending on the size of the florets). 2. Remove from heat, drain in a colander and dry. 3. Since this tuna with broccoli will be served with pasta, you can simultaneously prepare the pasta. Bring water to a boil in a separate pot and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. 4. In a high-sided skillet, heat a little olive oil. 5. Add the minced garlic and lightly sauté. 6. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (optional). 7. Remove from heat and immediately add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Gently mix. 8. Finally, add the broccoli and tuna, draining the liquid from the can first. Just before serving, drizzle everything with lemon juice. 9. That's it—an extremely simple recipe for tuna with broccoli and pasta. Ready to serve immediately.
