
Traditional onion soup

A hearty first course. Want to experience fine dining? Traditional onion soup is not only boiled, but also baked to form a beautiful cheesy crust. Serve the soup hot. 1. Peel a large onion and slice it into half-rings. Heat olive oil in a pot and add the onion.
