Shrimp and avocado cake
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's a great way to serve a regular salad in an original way—as a cake. You can replace any ingredients; for example, substitute rice with bulgur, and shrimp with salmon, mussels, or scallops. Serve this cake cold.
