Description

A simple dish to prepare. Cut mushrooms and onion into cubes and sauté in olive oil. Sauté shrimp in olive oil with curry seasoning. Cut canned pineapple into cubes and sauté in the same oil. Boil eggs, cool them, then grate on a coarse grater. Mix all ingredients with mayonnaise and shape into a cone on a serving plate. Decorate with dill sprigs, starting from the bottom and moving upwards to create a fluffy Christmas tree. Cut a star shape from sweet pepper and secure it at the top of the tree using a toothpick. Decorate the tree with ornaments cut from sweet peppers, boiled vegetables, red caviar, and shrimp. Serve chilled.
