
Tomato soup with cream

Make crosswise cuts on the tomatoes and pour boiling water over them for about 4-5 minutes. Then remove and rinse with cold water.

Peel the onion and carrot, and remove the core and seeds from the pepper. Grate the carrot on a grater, and finely chop the onion and pepper.

Peel and chop the garlic. Heat a pan with oil and sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.

Add onion, carrot, and pepper to the garlic. Sauté and simmer for about 10–15 minutes. If you're using dried basil and oregano, you can add them now.

Peel the tomatoes, cut them into pieces, and add them to the vegetables in the pan. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
